How do I choose my size?
Our clothes are unisex with a relaxed fit. Every product page includes a size guide (in the description for hoodies, in the photos for tees). Measurements are taken flat. For a closer fit, go one size down.
Why are my items printed on demand?
Each piece is printed by our production partner only once it's ordered. That way we avoid excess stock and waste.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Production takes 2 to 6 business days. Shipping then takes 7 to 14 business days in Canada (5 to 7 to the United States). Expect about 2 to 4 weeks in total for Canada.
Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $100. Below that amount, or outside Canada, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Is there a discount on a first order?
Yes: use the code BIENVENUE10 at checkout to get 10% off your first order. One use per customer.
Can I return or exchange an item?

How do I care for my clothes?
Wash them inside out at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, without bleach. Tumble dry low and don't iron directly on the print. Your pieces will keep their colours longer.
How do I track my order?
An email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also track your orders from your account.
